obvious that something was afoot. Since when does 

the government spend so much money to alert the 

public of this 'danger' that may claim many lives,

whenthey subsidize tobacco growers! 

How many people will die from smoking this flu season?  

The truth is the government  only cares if they can 

benefit financially from it.If they cared they would be 

telling you how to strengthen your immune system naturally.

Some tips for helping your immune system helpitself:

-Don't smoke cigarettes (especially when sick)

-Don't drink booze (especially when sick)

-Cut down on the amount of sugar you take in 

(no soda, chocolate bars)

white blood cells from performing correctly

which weakens the body's ability to keep itself healthy.

-Take vitamin C(500-2000+mg) every day during flu season

-Take echinacea during flu season

-Boil ginger root cut up in a pot of water, 

squeeze in some lemon. drink the ginger/water/lemon as a tea.

(this is really good if you already are sick.)

-Eat and cook with garlic

-Take ginseng extract every day in flu season

-Drink water

-Keep warm and get rest.
